Hi Everyone,
We were taking a look at responses so far. We have 3 yes, 3 no, and 2 maybe... everyone else has not yet replied... We are wondering if the chosen weekend is problematic. Our goal is to get as many people together as possible so (thanks to Cindy) we have created a blog in the hope that we can determine if this is a good weekend or if another would be better (http://gssfriends.blogspot.com/). If the later is the case, please specify the weekend. We will collate your feedback up through May 29th and send out an updated Evite if there is general agreement to get together on another weekend.
We are looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible!!

Thanks for coordinating what will be a fun-filled weekend for all. Unfortunately, my husband is beginning business school (while working full-time) in August. We are still working to see if he can take the weekend off to attend. Will keep you posted...

What a cool idea Cinders! August is pretty open for us, so if the week-end has to change, we should be able to make it if it's still in August. June and July though will be tough. We want to see as many people as possible though so hopefully we can find a good one!
Hi Everyone!
This is so exciting!! I imagine this will be like ESAC (remember? External Safety Advisory Committee). It was a nightmare getting everyone together with their schedules, but it can be done! So far, the Millers :) can do Aug. 17th & 24th (I may have to pull the kids out of school but that's okay). Also, July 20th & 27th are open, but may be filled with a summer camp or two. But if I know soon, I can schedule accordingly. Love to all! Cannot even wait!
